Complete system drain down and cut in valves for future isolation of phased works. Fit new 2 pipe flow and return heating mains in the corridors.
Stripout of the existing pipe system and cast iron radiators. Install a new 2 pipe system and fit new Stelrad radiators over the school summer holidays.
An extension to the existing baggage handling facilty, the contract was to hang 10 pipes of heating and chilled mains pipework.
